“Conspiracy Theorists” Are Vindicated: U.S. Senate Reports Chemtrails Are Real and Are Killing Us!

(Before It's News)

You are viewed as one pathetic “Conspiracy Theorist” if you think the U.S. Government is and has been involved in spraying harmful chemicals into the atmosphere.

Chemtrails is what you call them…a term that is often followed by eye-rolls and quiet chuckles.

Well, now you have an OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT DOCUMENT to prove your assertions to the naysayers.

Not that anyone will take your message any more serious…but at least you can vindicate your belief to those who are closest to you with the documented proof and admission from the Government itself.

The link is to a 1978 document about weather modification technology. From what I understand, there's no debate that such technology exists and that many experiments have been done, the only debate is exactly how widespread this is.

Do you know? I know what they have;
Army scientists secretly sprayed St Louis with 'radioactive' particles for YEARS to test chemical warfare technology

The United States Military conducted top secret experiments on the citizens of St. Louis, Missouri, for years, exposing them to radioactive compounds, a researcher has claimed.

While it was known that the government sprayed 'harmless' zinc cadmium silfide particles over the general population in St Louis, Professor Lisa Martino-Taylor, a sociologist at St. Louis Community College, claims that a radioactive additive was also mixed with the compound.

She has accrued detailed descriptions as well as photographs of the spraying which exposed the unwitting public, predominantly in low-income and minority communities, to radioactive particles.

Test: Sociologist Lisa Martino-Taylor, right, a sociologist at St. Louis Community College, has spent years tracking down declassified documents to uncover the lengths which the US experimented on people without their knowing. At left, cadmium sulfide, the 'harmless' chemical sprayed on the public is pictured

Spray: She has accrued detailed descriptions as well as photographs of the spraying, which took place as part of Manhattan-Rochester Coalition, which was an operation that dispersed zinc cadmium silfide particles over the general population, a compound that was presented as completely safe

'The study was secretive for reason. They didn't have volunteers stepping up and saying yeah, I'll breathe zinc cadmium sulfide with radioactive particles,' said Professor Martino-Taylor to KSDK.

Through her research, she found photographs of how the particles were distributed from 1953-1954 and 1963-1965.

In Corpus Christi, the chemical was dropped from airplanes over large swathes of city. In St Louis, the Army put chemical sprayers on buildings, like schools and public housing projects, and mounted them in station wagons for mobile use.

Ok jerry here is my proof ... They by law tell you what they are doing over and over, these have been in the papers for years and people don't seem to care ...

Good find, Loren! Very interesting. The cloud seeding program is being conducted by "North American Weather Consultants", and they have a web page. And on the web page, you can find this advertisement showing a general aviation aircraft equipped with a chemtrail dispenser!

From their FAQ page. The remarks about environmental risks are rather disingenuous, especially the comparison of iodide levels to table salt. I would think the problem (if any) would be the silver, more than the iodide.

http://www.nawcinc.com/wmfaq.html
Quote:

How widely used/accepted is cloud seeding technology?

Over its history of 50 years, modern cloud seeding has involved projects of various types in nearly 50 countries around the world. Some individual projects have been in operation nearly continuously for decades, with a few operating for nearly fifty years. As water needs increase world-wide, the demand for weather modification services will also increase. Similar increase in demand will occur in hail-prone regions.
[...]

Do the commonly used seeding materials pose any direct health or environmental risks?

Many detailed studies have been conducted to address these questions. These efforts have ranged from chemistry-focused work to broad ranging environmental investigations. The bottom line is that no significant environmental effects have been observed. Seeding materials are applied in very small amounts relative to the size of the geographic areas being affected, so the concentrations of the seeding materials in rainwater or snow are very low. Using silver iodide (the most common seeding material) as an example, the typical concentration of silver in rainwater or snow from seeded cloud systems is less than 0.1 micrograms per liter. This is much below the U.S. Public Health Service=s stated acceptable concentration of 50 micrograms per liter. As another example, the concentration of iodine in rainwater from seeded clouds is far below the concentration found in common iodized table salt.
[...]

Are cloud seeding activities subject to regulation or control?

In many jurisdictions, government agencies are responsible for regulation of cloud seeding in the public interest. These agencies commonly require licenses and/or permits for cloud seeding, to help assure that the projects are properly designed and that those conducting such operations are properly qualified. In the U.S., for example, nearly two-thirds of the fifty states have developed rules and regulations specific to cloud seeding activities. These regulatory groups generally also maintain records of cloud seeding activities.

On YouTube, there is a guy named Jim Lee, and that is the name of his account. He also has a web page climateviewer.com.

He is by far the best source of information on the topic that I have found.

I'm not following the logic of regularly discussing/mentioning potential genocide whilst not at the same time, referencing geoengineering programs.

Of known programs, geoengineering would appear to be by far the most potentially hazardous and dangerous. Either because of compounds contained in the aerosols - and/or because of food production (and/or plant life) being damaged in a profound way.

As one of several possible purposes, I wonder if geoengineering is related to the creation of something akin to a liquid crystal display.

Hi Taylor,

We have mentioned the Chemtrail issue occasionally on the podcast, and (as you can see) here on the forum. Joe Atwill is inclined to take it very seriously, whereas I don't feel I've seen convincing evidence.

But, I did see this paper by Marvin Herndon that went through peer review. This kind of scientific work is what it takes, in my opinion, to really demonstrate what's going on. Either that, or investigative reporting focused on proving the existence of dedicated aircraft. Herndon is on the right track to either prove or disprove this theory.

He says that the climate control agent is coal ash. If true, it can only show genocidal intent; plus incredible greed and stupidity.
